Flexible Heater Circuits (Polyimide and Silicone Rubber)




Flexible Circuit Heaters are ideal for precise heat output in a variety
of applications. All Flex can reverse engineer existing designs and fabricate Flexible Heaters to meet your exact requirements. Because polyimide and silicone rubber is light weight and flexible, heaters can be built in irregular shapes and conform to contours and 3-dimensional patterns.
Applications Design Criteria Hybrid Circuits

Flexible polyimide and silicone rubber heaters and heater assemblies are fabricated with a variety of metal alloys to deliver custom solutions for heating capacity, watt density, and other application specific customer needs. Polyimide material and adhesive systems are appropriate in most any application that would be suitable for a flexible circuit; including exposure to harsh chemicals and corrosive environments, temperature extremes, aerospace & vacuum environments requiring low out-gassing, and applications constrained by limited space and weight for the heater.
