Production Specialist

All Flex products can be found in many applications and markets, including medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial, and telecommunications.
Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production of a three-shift production facility and is charged with using the company’s capital and human resources effectively. The Production Supervisor will ensure the production of high quality products, safety and on time delivery for our customers at the lowest possible cost. The Production Supervisor must have a complete and thorough understanding of how flex circuits are produced, IPC Standards and other industry standards used in the production areas as it relates to all phases of flex circuit production. The Production Supervisor reports to the Director of Manufacturing.

Master Scheduler
Responsible for creating and owning a valid master schedule for material and capacities that comprehends demand, plant leveling and constraints, product lead times, service goals and inventory goals. Ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product with zero downtime. Must possess knowledge of the ISO Quality Policy and specific SOP’S in relation to this position. This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain.
Rigid Flex Program Manager
Program Managers are typically assigned a specific list of key-customers and their production-parts. Persons in this role are responsible for ensuring the success of each program throughout its entire lifecycle; as measured by profit, cost, quality, and delivery.
Financial Analyst
This position is accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities.
Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for interfacing with customers and managing inquiries to understand the
program needs and potential for sales. The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Applications Engineering
Manager.
HR Specialist
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Specialist will sit in the Bloomington MN office and will be responsible for maintaining the HRIS system and providing professional administration of payroll, benefits, leaves, EEO/AAP, and HR Metrics for a Team of 375 and growing!
Process Engineer
Share ownership of several assembly processes, and to design and create assembly fixtures. The processes include fine wire welding and soldering, adhesive application, CNC and die cutting, wire processing, and cable harness. Fixtures include part-specific designs, and equipment improvement designs. The level of this role will be adjusted to be commensurate with the applicant’s experience (I,II, Sr, Principal).
Quality Assurance Inspector
The Quality Assurance Inspector performs inspection and testing on flexible circuits and assemblies to ensure that product fulfills all customer specifications and quality requirements. The QA Inspector reports to the Quality Manager.
Material Coordinator
The Material Coordinator is responsible for cutting various materials to appropriate sizes according to work instructions given (route sheet). The Material Coordinator
maintains a clean workspace, works in a cell based environment, inspects their own work, and is responsible for producing quality product on time for the customer
according to IPC standards.
Associate Production Planner
The Associate Production Planner has responsibility for on-time delivery and schedule attainment for one or more work groups within the facility by establishing and executing the daily production schedule for both subassembly and final assembly products through the use of lean manufacturing
systems and techniques (e.g., card system).
